Senior Marketing Manager - High Velocity

Your Role:

The Sr. Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing integrated sales and marketing programs for our global channel partners and digital channels. They will develop programs to support our low-touch, high volume, rapid sales cycle, “high velocity” channel objectives while broadening awareness of the Tenable and Nessus brands to the Consultant, & Practitioner segments.

The ideal candidate needs strong communication skills, high energy and is highly detailed and organized. In a dynamic environment, they need to be proactive, flexible, have strong time management skills and can balance many projects simultaneously with short deadlines for completion.

Your Opportunity:

  • Lead development of high velocity marketing strategy and execute tactics to drive growth by identifying opportunities, creating, and managing marketing campaigns, go-to-market programs and promotions around Tenable’s high velocity offerings
  • Partner closely with our cross-functional teams (corporate marketing, pmm, channel marketing, sales) to identify, prioritize and produce programs with consistent positioning and messaging
  • Create partner & digital channel-ready demand creation programs & materials designed to drive awareness, trial and purchase
  • Build and drive engagement programs with the Tenable/Nessus community/installed base
  • Establish KPIs, track performance/success, measure, analyze and adjust campaigns in-flight based on performance. Assess campaign effectiveness by product, medium, source, offer type, and target audience
  • Use test, measure, learn approach to iterate and optimize campaigns to drive the best possible results
  • Research and select appropriate agencies to ensure successful and timely project completion
  • Leverage global campaigns, messaging and assets as appropriate to apply to high-velocity segments.
  • Develop relevant  demand metrics and measurement to quantify program impact (partner and direct).
  • Educate and work with stakeholders across the business and with our partners to implement the strategy, initiatives and programs.
  • Manage distribution of Channel Marketing Resources on the Partner Portal.
  • Ensure effective and frequent internal communication of key initiatives.
  • Work with local GEO Marketing and Channel Operations on content localization.

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 10-year experience in high tech
  • Must have strong marketing experience in creative program development for the high velocity or consumer/SMB-type space with a clear track record of execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated proficiency in copywriting and developing and optimizing partner and customer focused content (such as email, website pages, & sales collateral).
  • Experience in developing channel strategy, working with channel partners and executing marketing programs for high velocity or consumer/SMB-type segments
  • Demonstrated development of performance goals and reporting out on performance against goals with history of optimizing programs in flight.
  • Exceptional communication, project management & time management skills.
  • Must possess the drive to achieve quick results and have the capacity to assume increasing responsibility in a highly successful, fast-paced global organization.
  • A history of collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, customer success, partner sales and direct sales).
  • Strong analytics and reporting capabilities with project planning experience.
