Your Role:

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist in building and maintaining a corporate financial model that details the entire company’s operations and projects future performance

Your Opportunity:

  • Provide management with accurate and timely financial reports and their group’s performance of established goals and objectives.
  • Perform quantitative analysis of operational and financial data
  • Build and manage planning databases by organizing and analyzing a wide range of data sources
  • Build budgets and forecasts of future company performance
  • Responsible for creating and validating content for executive level presentations and reviews
  • Performs ad hoc analysis for executives as required
  • Work hand in hand with Sales Operations in building the company’s annual bottoms up sales plan (rep level quotas, achievement rates, churn rates, etc.)
  • Build a detailed order plan by product, theater, sales channel that ties to planned bookings
  • Compile, analyze and lead monthly budget vs. actual reviews with department heads

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience, that has encompassed the fields of finance and accounting
  • Operations and results- centric, working with multiple business teams throughout the organization to streamline financial operations and metrics (providing KPIs, monitoring and forecasting in a timely manner)
  • Experience working in public company with a diversified/global organization is also preferable
  • Basic to advanced understanding of a three-statement financial model
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills necessary
And Ideally:
  • Experience either working with or directly working in Sales Operations preferred
  • Experience in the below BI/Planning/Sales software strongly desired
    • Tableau
    • Adaptive Insights
    • Anaplan
    • Netsuite
    • Salesforce
