Senior Field Marketing Manager - UK + Ireland

Staines upon Thames | Surrey | United Kingdom

Tenable seeks an experienced field and channel marketing manager to generate demand for Tenable products and solutions across the UKI territory.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience creating, executing and measuring marketing campaigns that align to business initiatives and resulted in revenue, particularly in a channel go-to-market model across the UKI.

Your Role:

The Customer Marketing Manager, EMEA primary objective will be to drive pipeline growth for the EMEA revenue expansion number and secondary to this will be to support the total renewals number with a joint go-to-market plan involving various key stakeholders across the organisation.
Partnering with the wider sales and marketing teams in Tenable is key to the success of this role.  Working closely with the regional field marketing managers to execute customer activities in territory, the global marketing team to build out company wide processes for lead management and success measurements as well as the customer success managers and sales teams to drive pipeline growth to support the revenue goals.

Your Opportunity:

  • Ownership of the UKI go-to-market demand generation plan.  From strategic alignment to execution and measurement, the UKI marketing manager will be responsible for all elements within territory to drive pipeline growth for the field sales team with direct marketing and with through to and for the channel across the country.
  • Support the drum beat of the Cyber Exposure category and reinforce Tenables thought leadership position in the marketplace by partnering with PR and AR teams.
  • This is not a standalone role, partnering with the wealth of marketing experts from the global teams (digital, marketing operations, solutions marketing and creative) to the more local pan emea marketing roles and peers across the region.  
  • Measurements, metrics and results.  The ability to measure the return on investment from activities, identify whats working, whats not and how to pivot in order to drive better results.  
  • Quarterly forecasting, PO tracking and budget management skills  required
  • Work location in EMEA Head Office based in Staines Upon Thames

What you'll need:
  • Min 7 years experience in direct & channel marketing with a proven track record of marketing technology products and solutions in a B2B environment preferably security industry
  • Understanding of and experience in developing and executing programs to a direct & channel audience. 
  • Works with only minimal management participation,  is a self starter, team player and results driven
  • Influences, coordinates and negotiates within cross-functional teams and across the organization. 
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment. Lead with results-based methodology for campaigns that drive marketing contribution to pipeline. A revenue-marketing based approach to marketing is a strong plus.
  • Understand CRM (preferably Salesforce.com)
