Your Role:

Tenable is seeking a candidate that has a proven track record in an analytical or consulting role. The candidate will have the ability to optimize various business processes, including end-to-end quote-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and corporate accounting business processes in a rapid-growth environment.

Your Opportunity:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between IT and various business stakeholders
  • Perform continuous analysis to identify and prioritize high-impact process improvements, efficiency opportunities, and cost saving initiatives
  • Own delivery of high-value strategic initiatives. Responsible for all day-to-day operational aspects of projects, applying best practices & standards of project management to deliver on commitments. This includes but is not limited to project initiation, scoping, activity & resource planning, risk analysis & mitigation, execution, stakeholder management, and project documentation
  • Provide clear and concise communication, both written & verbal, to all levels of the project team & stakeholders, adapting style to accommodate a diversity of audiences & situations.
  • Work with teams and individuals to mitigate conflicts and resolve issues as needed. Leverage cross-organizational relationships for support, and resolution of issues.
  • Anticipate, creatively solve and proactively mitigates problems vs. simply reacting.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand, document business requirements and develop solutions for improved performance and efficiency gains. Measure and communicate the status of projects and results of completed projects.
  • Develop, document and maintain end to end business processes of all systems in conjunction with Sales Operations, Customer Advocacy, Technical Support, and Marketing Operations processes
  • Define process performance measures in collaboration with operational owners and assess performance against metrics and use of business intelligence solutions
  • Responsible for ensuring corporate policy compliance in all aspects of finance processes
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in a related field
  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience - Administration, implementations, and upgrades in a large, public, multi-national, software company
  • 3+ years of Tier 1 or Tier 2 consulting experience preferred
  • Experience in facilitating design and configuration of ERP and CRM systems
  • Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations to ERP and CRM systems
  • Ability to document requirements and use-cases and recommendation of envisioned processes
  • Ability to assess functional and technical gaps in designs
  • Ability to define and articulate Business Benefits and Costs
  • Experience in developing detailed work plans for project activities within the scope of application responsibility
  • Experienced with SOX compliance
And Ideally:
  • Salesforce and NetSuite experience
