Your Role:

Tenable Network Security is looking for a Salesforce.com Administrator to join our internal business platforms team. The qualified candidate will engage in the administration of Tenable’s  Salesforce.com instance, play a key role in the development of related projects and gathering business requirements.

Your Opportunity:
  • Customize Salesforce.com fields, page layouts, record types, searching, list views, queues, reports, and dashboards
  • Maintain security such as user accounts, mobile user accounts, sharing rules, user roles, user profiles, field level security, content folder rights, groups, list view rights
  • Maintain and create workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields, escalation rules, auto-assignment rules, etc.
  • Maintain overall system configuration
  • Manage the FreshService ticketing systems for all Salesforce related Incidents and Change Requests
  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials
  • Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues- will work with diverse user groups
  • Manage instance to ensure data integrity
  • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity
  • Work with business stakeholders to prioritize change requests and gather requirements
  • User profile, role and permission sets management
  • Configuration and customization

  • Requirements Analysis
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in CS (or related) or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years Salesforce Administration in an enterprise environment
  • Admin 201 and 211 certified
  • Experience implementing or working with Steelbrick CPQ
  • Experience working with Salesforce developers and/or outside vendors on system extensions, customizations, and integrations with third party applications
  • Project management experience
  • Demonstrable analytical reasoning or quantitative analysis
  • Familiarity with IT systems, database design, and data structures
  • Experience with ETL and general CRM practices/standards
  • Ability to translate customer/business requirements into technical specifications
  • Experience troubleshooting and finding multiple solutions to a complex problem
  • Ability to communicate ideas and expectations effectively by e-mail, phone, and in person
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
  • Experience working within a team environment and independently
  • Experience in thinking through problems creatively
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to synthesize and interpret technical data
  • Experience with analytic tools (Excel, SQL, Access)
