Sales Development Manager

Your Role:

Tenable is looking for an experienced SDR Manager that will report to the APAC VP and is responsible for ensuring the success of the Tenable Sales Development team’s goals, as well as contributing to individual SDR growth and success.

This position will require leading a team of telephone based sales development representatives supporting Tenable’s commercial and enterprise sales teams in APAC.

Your Opportunity:

  • Manage day-to-day functions of SDR team and deliver new hire and ongoing SDR training
  • Drive success and attainment of SDR KPIs – Calls, emails, and new sales opportunity generation.
  • Function as the first line of management to deal with team questions and concerns related to the Tenable sales process, Tenable’s product functionality, Tenable’s internal systems, policies & procedures, and more
  • Performance reviews & mentoring of the SDR team
  • Listen to SDR’s calls on a regular basis and provide feedback and coaching to SDR on Tenable’s corporate and sales messaging and sales methodology
  • Work with Tenable’s Marketing team to coordinate and drive SDR support for local and regional Tenable, Tenable Partner, and Cybersecurity industry events, as well as Tenable-hosted webinars.
  • Monitor and analyze the success of individual marketing campaigns, with their conversion rates from MCL to MQL and MQL to SQL/opportunity.
  • Work with marketing to manage the capacity and lead quality going through to the SDR team
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual SDR KPI attainment reports to APAC VP

 What you'll need:

  • Minimum 4 years leadership of a sales team or of an inside sales AM preferred
  • Field sales experience to be able to coach the sales team
  • Understanding of marketing and analysis of leads vs opportunities
  • CRM administration (SFDC a plus)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
