Recruitment Marketing Lead

Columbia Gateway Drive | Columbia | Maryland | United States | 21046

Your Role:

The Recruitment Marketing Lead will collaborate with members of the Recruitment Operations team to attract high quality, diverse candidates to our roles globally. If you are an "out of the box" creative thinker and natural storyteller, we have the great tools to allow you to develop new and groundbreaking web and social content that will be shared and viewed globally. This person must also live and breathe data with the ability to derive practical insights.

Your Opportunity:

  • Work with the Manager of Recruitment Operations to execute an employment brand strategy that will showcase our culture and reputation in the marketplace globally
  • Develop successful content marketing initiatives in all stages, from planning to execution and measurement (website, email, blogs, advertising, videos, infographics)
  • Manage social media channels to support our brand awareness, demand generation and thought leadership objectives (@TenableCareers)
  • Implement the media planning process and determine strategic advertising and marketing practices that are within budget and produce a high-quality candidate pool while measuring on-going effectiveness
  • Monitor and perform analysis of vendor job posting analytics
  • Act as a champion for our employer brand across the organization by creating opportunities to engage current team members to learn how to best promote the company as an exciting place to work and to utilize employees as talent and recruitment advocates
  • Identify and evaluate new recruiting events that will drive brand awareness and strengthen talent pipeline based on hiring needs
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of recruiting events to ensure ROI
  • Develop effective digital marketing campaigns to target event audiences pre-event, during event, and post-event.

What you'll need:

  • 2+ years Employer Brand or Recruitment Agency experience
  • 3+ years experience in a marketing function, including oversight of paid media campaigns and social media
  • 2+ years experience in utilizing of statistical concepts for digital marketing and/ or experimental design (A/B testing & measurement)
  • Previous use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ad Words & Facebook Ads
  • Experience with retargeting, keyword research and bid management
  • Excellent copy writing skills and the ability to tell an engaging story
  • Successful track record of providing strategic web and digital recommendations that move the business forward
  • Extensive knowledge on current Marketing trends, approaches, and technologies
  • Event Planning Experience (some travel required for national events)

And Ideally:

  • Google Analytics/Adwords Certification
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related business area
