The Service Delivery Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning, directing, leading and coordinating activities -- utilizing industry best practices -- for multiple projects to ensure project/program goals are accomplished by performing the following duties personally or through working with other team members. The PM will also execute special projects as required.
In addition, the PM will contribute to the development and maintenance of the Project Management Office (PMO); to deliver efficient, effective and repeatable Project Management processes, procedures, tools and techniques. The role will include travel to major countries within the theater and potentially on a global basis.
