Professional Services Operations Specialist

Campshires | Sir John Rogerson's Quay | Dublin | Ireland

Your Role:

The Professional Services Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for operational tasks and supporting resource staffing for projects within the Professional Services and Education departments. The Specialist will deliver reports and analysis on the financial health and operational effectiveness of the PS business. The Specialist will also assist in optimizing business processes.  

Your Opportunity:

  • Pipeline, backlog, and revenue tracking and reporting
  • Report, analysis, and support projects supporting PS Dashboards
  • Support field management with ad hoc reporting requests
  • Obtain resources for all Professional Services and Education engagements based on skill set and calendar availability
  • Communicate with clients and internal resources to coordinate scheduling for Services and Education events
  • Monitor and optimize staffing levels for the Professional Services and Education departments
  • Support engagement lifecycle for services – booking, scheduling, execution, preparation for revenue recognition
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for business process improvement

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration
  • 4+ years experience, 2+ working with Professional Services, Customer Education, or Support functions   
  • Strategic/tactical thinking with problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented and organized, demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Highly collaborative working style
  • Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong proficiency of SFDC reporting and Tableau a plus
