Marketing Manager - Global Campaigns

Columbia Gateway Drive | Columbia | Maryland | United States | 21046

Your Role:

The Marketing Manager - Global Campaigns owns the lead-generation and is accountable for global campaign performance & revenue goals. They do so by bringing cross-organizational team members together to collaborate on the creation and execution of end-to-end, buyer-centric campaigns. They collaborate with and project manage the cross-org team to plan, build, execute, and optimize a compelling buyer-centric customer journey that cycles the buyer through all stages, by incorporating the entire marketing mix (digital, events, programmatic tactics) into their strategy. They provide campaign guidance to the regions.

Your Opportunity:
  • Design campaigns to determine optimal marketing mix to meet plan and program objectives, aligned to buyer personas
  • Partners with PMMs to understand messaging POV, and Content Marketing Manager to design Content Blueprint
  • Support PMMs with buyer-centric insights to be leveraged in defining the audience, the value prop, and the narrative
  • Support Content Marketing Manager to develop content strategy, help to identify content gaps and opportunities for messaging.
  • Design end-to-end campaigns that meet revenue targets, by creating a compelling and seamless journey using digital, programmatic, and non-digital tactics at each stage
  • Apply buyer insights and past performance data to make decisions about the ideal tactic mix. Collaborate with PMM and Content teams
  • Create campaign goals & objectives and campaign brief to support execution & implementation.  Include nurture strategy that incorporates digital retargeting, organic and outbound.
  • Ensure all routes to market are enabled (SDRs, partners, etc), with support from PMMs
  • Plan and submit budget requests based on historical data and tactic mix, manage the campaign budget, create contracts & POs and own the invoice payment process
  • Set up WW Campaigns in SFDC for regions to leverage
  • Work on an on-going basis with Marketing Ops Team to implement and execute programmatic marketing (ie, retargeting & nurture strategies)
  • Project manage execution of campaign internally with Marketing Ops Team, agencies, and vendors
  • Test digital tactics in support of digital strategists
  • Manage, execute SDR enablement & response management in partnership with PMMs
  • Collect SDR feedback as input to campaign optimizations & SDR performance management
  • Partner with PMMs to enable all campaign routes to market
  • Collaborate with cross-org team including PMM, Events, Marketing Ops, etc to track and report on campaign performance, against targets and benchmarks, and create an optimization plan.
  • Manage execution of optimizations with the cross-org team.
  • Provide input to QBRs
  • Drive interlock with regions to understand performance of regional campaigns
