Marketing Campaign Manager

San Francisco | California | United States

Your Role:

Tenable is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager. You'll be responsible for working across multiple teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns designed to reach and influence prospective buyers.  This role requires substantial cross-functional collaboration across the product marketing, regional marketing, digital marketing and marketing operations.

Your Opportunity:

  • Develop and execute high-impact B2B demand generation programs to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
  • Manage the day to day execution of campaigns, coordinating across multiple stakeholders across the organization
  • Project manage the development of campaign assets and deliverables from beginning to end, ensuring they meet the target objectives
  • Work closely with regional marketing teams to get input on campaign requirements and provide guidance on campaign execution, share recommendations and best practices
  • Manage the global webinar program, including scheduling, deployment and reporting
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
  • Document campaign processes and best practices
  • Track performance/success of programs and adjust campaigns in-flight based on performance
  • Prepare marketing reports and post-program analysis summarizing campaign results

What you'll need:

  • 7+ years of experience in high-tech, B2B marketing with campaign/program management background
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, programs and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, project management, and people skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of the most recent trends around consumer and enterprise web usage including experience with social media
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with and understand technical subjects and emerging technologies
  • Excellent collaboration skills and ability to influence and motivate cross-functional team members and external agencies
  • BA/BS degree
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, marketing pipeline, analytics, and automation

 And ideally:

  • Experience with CRM and Marketing Automation systems; Salesforce and Marketo
