Lead Administrator

Furzeground Way | Stockley Park | Uxbridge | United Kingdom | UB11 1EZ

Your Role:

The Sales Administrator will act as a liaison between prospects, existing customers, partners and sales to manage inbound lead distribution for Tenable’s Nessus product line to multiple internal sales teams. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone looking for a chance to break into the sales field.

Your Opportunity:

  • Develop knowledge of the Network Security Industry and Tenable products.
  • Manage a large volume of inbound leads originating from several sources (phone, email and chat) to determine to which sales team the lead should be assigned.
  • Work closely with multiple sales teams, marketing and channel partners to be aware of and support sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Generate and consolidate reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

What You'll Need:

  • College Degree strongly preferred.
  • Highly motivated and results oriented.
  • Incredible attention to detail to ensure accurate use of internal systems and processing of information.
  • Strong communication, organization, multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team sales environment with minimum supervision
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • SalesForce.com experience a plus
