International Compensation and Benefits Manager

Campshires | Sir John Rogerson's Quay | Dublin | Ireland

Your Role:

Responsible for the planning, design, implementation and administration activities related to compensation & benefit plans and programs in company locations around the world. Provide leadership and internal client support for a variety of global compensation and benefits programs.  Manage team to support the successful delivery of all responsibilities.

Your Opportunity:

  • Design, implement, communicate and administer global compensation and benefit programs that attract and retain high-performing talent and that are fair, equitable, competitive, and cost effective.
  • Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and other regulations and/or legislation.
  • Develop effective relationships with HR counterparts across the globe and provide them with guidance on global compensation & benefit data and decisions.
  • Assist in the major components of the annual compensation planning process (globally excluding North America)
  • Facilitate global corporate quarterly incentive plan and other variable compensation programs (sales commissions)
  • Teams with the total rewards team on global compensation initiatives
  • Support the planning and execution of benefits annual enrollment (globally excluding North America)
  • Support on-going administration of benefit programs in all locations (globally excluding North America)
  • Engages in complex analysis supporting both compensation and benefits initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines



What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8 years of Global compensation and benefits experience including structure design and strategy
  • Managerial experience preferred
  • Advanced Excel skills and analytics
  • Experience and knowledge of HR processes
  • Exposure to regional, country and local compensation/benefits practices, regulations, and legislation
