Human Resources Manager

Dublin | Ireland

Tenable is currently looking for an EMEA HR Manager to drive our people strategy and cultural transformation across a diverse range of business units including the Sales, Customer Support, Product Engineering and Operations. The role will be responsible for creating solutions to enhance employee experiences and will work closely with the VP of Global Human Resources to build their capability to develop their teams, enhance performance and coach managers in handling employee relations issues.

Your role

  • Work very closely with HR Business Partners where you support their client groups in region. You may be required to support with rollout and implementation of strategic initiatives that have a people impact in your countries of responsibility. Proactively work with HR Business Partners to highlight opportunities and troubleshoot potential issues which impact their client groups.
  • HR Solutions: You get to collaborate with the Learning & Development team and other HR peers both locally and globally to plan and execute capability building initiatives for employees and people managers.
  • Culture and Organization development: Implement initiatives that accelerate our cultural transformation, key elements to reinforce include diversity & inclusion, learning/growth mindset & customer obsession.
  • Employee Advocate/Relations - Build management capability to facilitate an open, inclusive, Tenable One -based environment that enables effective employee relations. Educate and advise managers based in other geographies outside of Ireland about the Irish employee relations and legislative environment.
  • Partnering with our Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the best candidate and Hiring Manager experience. Support local onboarding processes.
  • Ensure local best practice, statutory compliance and employment law is followed within the countries of your responsibility.
  • Identifying market and labor trends and proactively recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee engagement.
  • Participating as a member of the Global HR organization, supporting problem solving processes together with other HR roles within the region. Working closely with global counterparts to facilitate the implementation of global policies and HR initiatives.
  • This position may require travel in region, with occasional travel to the US.

What you’ll need to be successful

To be successful in this role you should have 8+ years’ experience as a Human Resources professional, 4 of which in a management capacity, including experience partnering and coaching with company wide departmental management on how to bring out the best in their team. You should have a solid track record of managing and resolving individual ER cases and demonstrated ability in designing & implementing capability building initiatives that enhance the employee experience. You have passion for HR as a driver of business results and you will be able to exhibit the following attributes:

 

  • Strong business knowledge with an ability to combine it with your HR knowledge in a strategic manner to drive the business forward and an insatiable curiosity to understand our business and question the seemingly obvious! Bachelor's degree
  • Prior experience in the HR field working in an international and changing environment
  • Highly detail-oriented and diligent in completing tasks
  • Ability to be creative, as well as handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Open-minded with the ability to build solid business partnerships
  • Interest in creating exceptional talent and Tenable brand experience for the associates in the assigned territory
  • Experience in compensations and benefits, training and development, performance management, and employment law is a plus
  • Proven consultative and facilitation skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills
  • Strong collaborator as you will support global teams across multiple time zones
  • Project management, planning & execution skills
  • Experience of a multi-national environment would be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation, experience of third party dispute resolution would be an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree related to Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
