HR Generalist - APAC

North Bridge Road | Parkview Square | Singapore | 188788

Your Role:

As the HR Generalist you will support the APAC HRBP and VPs in HR, this includes updating the HRIS system, running reports,  benefit administration and other general HR administrative work.

Your Opportunity:

  • Be a point of contact for APAC employees with questions or concerns
  • Welcome new employees by coordinating and supporting local orientation
  • Benefits:
    • Administer the full cycle of employee benefits including set up, adjustments and terminations.
    • Liaise with third party Administrators and Brokers to process monthly invoices, ensuring timely payment.
    • Support general employee benefit questions; escalate to HRBP if needed.
    • Provide all benefits information to new hires in the APAC region
  • HR Administration: 
    • Maintain human resource records; recording new hires, transfers, terminations, reporting of leave, and creating new hire files.
    • Assist the HRBP and wider HR team with documentation related to employees as required.
    • Support all HR policies and in partnership with the HRBP, ensuring policies are reviewed, approved and communicated to employees.

What you'll need:

  • 2-3 years of HR Administration or Generalist experience preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Familiarity or high level understanding of employment law in Singapore; other APAC countries an advantage
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Be able to take initiative within a fast paced, agile environment
  • Able to adapt to frequent change
  • Able to work with internal clients of all levels
  • Strong interest in developing and progressing within the HR function
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Computer savvy (experience with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and working with HRIS systems preferable)
