Your Role:

As a Field Marketing Manager on the Americas Marketing Team you will work very closely with the AMER Marketing Director and Regional Marketing Managers to plan, execute and measure ROI of field marketing programs. You will be directly responsible for developing integrated marketing plans targeting both prospects and customers that will result in increased pipeline and brand awareness.

Your Opportunity:

  • Drive regional-level demand generation strategy and execution across the Americas
  • Manage joint marketing efforts with technology alliance partner ecosystem
  • Develop relationships and manage marketing efforts for key industry organizations such as Cloud Security Alliance, HIMMS, ISSA, etc.
  • Develop and manage regional-level programs, such as roadshows and user groups
  • Partner closely with Global Demand Gen team, PMM, Sales and other stakeholders to ensure we have compelling content (both solution and vertical focused) for regional campaigns including account-based marketing efforts and targeted digital demand generation
  • Drive predictable cadence of regional campaigns/programs  and best-in-class processes for lead follow-up to optimize lead volumes/conversions
  • Analyze results in terms of ROI and success criteria (attraction, engagement, qualification, acceleration)

What You’ll Need:                          

  • Strong Field and Channel/Partner Marketing programs expertise
  • Thorough marketing or channel sales background with responsibilities for multiple, multi-touch marketing initiatives
  • Strong written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong project management, negotiation and decision-making skills
  • Ability to build relationships with peers, sales, distributors, resellers and customers
  • Use expertise and creativity for innovative marketing recommendations and solutions
  • Self-motivated, innovative and creative
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent plus 7+ years related experience
And ideally:
  • SFDC, Marketo experience a plus
  • Security industry experience a plus

Key Performance Metrics and Indicators:

  • Field and channel partner pipeline generation
  • MQL, SQL/Opportunity contribution to Americas sales goals as defined by Region Marketing Leader
  • Field execution, effectiveness, ROI on planned marketing activities
  • Alignment of marketing plan, mix, and goals to sales strategy, plan and targets
