Your Role:

Tenable seeks an experienced field and channel marketing manager to generate demand for Tenable products and solutions across our Southern Europe territory.  The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience creating, executing and measuring marketing campaigns that align to business initiatives and resulted in revenue, particularly in a channel go-to-market model across a number of countries and different cultures.

As a member of the EMEA Marketing team, you will be part of a growing and evolving function of the Tenable marketing organization where your actions can have immediate and long-term impact on our business goals.

Your Opportunity:

  • Reporting to the EMEA Marketing Director, your main priorities will be to create and execute a marketing plan for the territories that you support with a particular focus on key countries
  • This is a field and channel marketing role with a strong focus on working with channel partners across different cultures, timezones and languages
  • Building relationships, campaign adoption and increasing partner marketing productivity in order to scale our efforts across the middle east are fundamental to the success of this role
  • Ownership of developing, executing & ROI of the direct and channel marketing plan across this territory includes
  • End user/Direct marketing; Integrated, low touch, high volume lead capture campaigns
  • Distributor & reseller marketing; reseller adoption and engagement, partner recruitment, mindshare, content tools, incentives
  • Develop quarterly marketing plans for focus resellers and distributor and support the partner in executing their plans with successful results
  • Working with the global shared service marketing teams to maximise performance eg Global Demand Gen team or streamline communications and enablement from our Global Channel Marketing and Training  teams
  • Assess/reassess plan and adapt to capitalize on changes and opportunities in the market, industry, business

What you'll need:

  • Min 5 years experience in direct & channel marketing with a proven track record of marketing technology products and solutions in a B2B environment preferably security industry
  • Understanding of the technology channel landscape, preferably UAE distributor and reseller network
  • Understanding of and experience in developing and executing programs to a direct & channel audience
  • Works with only minimal management participation,  is a self starter, team player and results driven
  • Influences, coordinates and negotiates within cross-functional teams and across the organization
  • Flexibility in a fast-paced, changing environment. Lead with results-based methodology for campaigns that drive marketing contribution to pipeline. A revenue-marketing based approach to marketing is a strong plus
  • Understand CRM (preferably Salesforce.com)
  • Collaborator, influencer, change agent with an upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun
  • Travel will be required 25% of the time
