Field & Channel Marketing Manager - LATAM

Sao Palo | Brazil

Tenable seeks an experienced Field & Channel Marketing Manager for our Brazil market.  As a member of the Global Field Marketing team, you will be part of a global team focused on customer and partner success where your work can have immediate and long-term impact on our business goals.

Your Role:

The Field & Channel Marketing Manager  is responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns and activities that build pipeline for the region. Working with a global marketing team and partnering with sales, you will leverage and also create campaigns to generate awareness, interest and demand for Tenable products and solutions. You will be the go-to expert for marketing responsible for executing the right mix of marketing tactics to engage with decision makers and influencers up and down the chain. 


Your Opportunity:

  • Own the regional marketing strategy, plan, execution and return on investment analytics.
  • Partner with the territory sales representatives. Develop and execute a marketing plan that aligns to and supports the territory’s sales objectives, measured by marketing contribution to pipeline.
  • Create, execute and manage partner marketing programs in alignment with the LATAM marketing strategy and provide support to the partners on delivery of local programs and events. Work directly with channel managers and channel partners to develop and execute partner marketing plans that support the region sales objectives, including MDF management.
  • Take corporate campaigns and messaging to market to, through and with partners, as well as direct to buyers.
  • Identify and clearly articulate unique needs of Brazil market and make recommendations for custom marketing that resonates with the market.
  • Track and analyze marketing reports to determine what is working, what can be improved.
  • Be the local representative for localization requirements.
  • Be an active participant and contributor of a global team largely based in the US.
What you'll need:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing technology products and solutions B2B, channel and direct. Security software a plus. 
  • Deep understanding of the channel, routes-to-market, reseller business model, marketing to/through/with partners and Voice of the Partner.
  • Demonstrated experience and results in the following areas:
  • Strong writing skills – short-form, copy writing and editing skill as needed for campaign development and execution.
  • Understand CRM (preferably Salesforce.com) and how the CRM system works together with Demand Generation and automation tools (preferably Marketo).
  • Independent worker with high self-motivation and sense of urgency. Organized, meets deadlines, keeps management informed.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving, analytical thinking skills. Able to interpret data, make inferences, apply toward business objectives. Create context and have a point of view.
  • Communicator, listener, thinker. Able to understand and synthesize internal, customer and partner care-abouts.
  • Able to take direction and run with it. Envision the end result, make recommendations, act and leverage your resources to execute and manage obstacles. Comfortable bringing information and recommendations to management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in fast-moving environment.
  • Collaborator, influencer, change agent with an upbeat work ethic where you can take ownership and have fun.
