Endpoint Agent Software Engineering Manager

New York | United States

Your Role:

Tenable is looking for a talented and energetic Software Engineering Manager to join the Endpoint Agent product development team. The endpoint agent helps organizations address key challenges of traditional vulnerability scanning, and helps identify vulnerabilities and policy-violating configurations. As a Software Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of engineers working on several projects on the endpoint agent solution.

Your Opportunity

  • Provide leadership and direction to the Endpoint Agent development team
  • Actively participate in and manage all phases of development from design to post-deployment issue resolution
  • Create and maintain accurate project schedules, milestones and drive tasks to completion
  • Take ownership of driving all endpoint agent initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the team and organization to execute on the product roadmap
  • Mentor the engineers and grow a high performing team
  • Help the team and be ultimately responsible for effectively ensuring a high quality of product deliverables for the endpoint agent
What you'll need:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise network security applications
  • Prior experience as a technical lead or leading engineering projects
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment
  • Experience with endpoint agent solutions
  • Experience growing people and engineering teams, and possess a can-do attitude.
  • B.S or M.S. Degree in Computer Science or a related field
