The Role: 


To establish and execute an EMEA channel marketing strategy working with the field & channel marketing managers in each region for adoption, execution and ROI.  To manage all of the countries channel marketing where our sole go to market strategy is through the channel eg Emerging territory. 

 

Your Opportunity:


  • Assess the current channel marketing landscape across EMEA, identify changes and implement a plan to drive incremental channel-in contribution.  Identify key demand generation programs and prioritize investments and strategy. Develop partner-led demand generation programs with focus partners to drive net-new business 
  • Ownership of the partner advisory council and partner conference annual events across EMEA
  • Implementation of an EMEA wide awards & SPIFF program
  • Work cross functional with Channel Managers and Field Marketing team to identify and execute the most productive partner lead generation campaigns and programs.  Drive MDF planning process with focus partners and regional marketing.
  • Close working relationship with EMEA Channel Director and SI/MSSP Director to penetrate the target partners with a mindshare and awareness program
  • Measure and track channel in performance of key focus partners from marketing budget and time investments made. Ensure the partner’s programs are effective, using MDF on programs for focus partners that drive growth and mutual pipeline
  • Support the emerging region in the channel go to market strategy and execution
  • Function as a player/coach, setting the partner marketing agenda, owning the marketing relationships, planning, execution, performance for focus partners
  • Drive MDF plans and programs to accelerate pipeline in enterprise and commercial business
  • Outline budget and strategy for demand generation strategy by partner, segment and region 
  • Identify digital opportunities by partner and segment 
  • Strategize targeted campaigns with partners based on geo, segment and relationship
  • Manage Budget,  Inventory and Fulfillment for event assets and merchandise
  • Drive partner adoption of Tenable-led campaigns, promotions & tools
