Digital Marketing Manager

Your Role:

Tenable is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to serve as a key member of the Marketing team, leading strategy, development and delivery of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a progressive thinker who can accelerate our growth upmarket (Mid-market and Enterprise), while continuing to accelerate growth in our SMB business. Our newest team member will combine an in-depth knowledge of and interest in our buyers’ needs and thirst for data-driven digital marketing strategies. Candidates must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions.

A successful candidate has a track record of creating and executing world-class digital programs that are innovative, engaging and drive pipeline and marketing reach. They are comfortable managing large scale budgets and programs that exceed ROI targets across multiple platforms and are motivated by data and audience insights to drive engagement. They will be responsible for development, execution and optimization of multi-channel digital marketing programs. Additional responsibilities may be assigned due to a dynamic, agile, and high-energy environment.

Your Opportunity:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize our lead generation and customer acquisition strategy to achieve revenue and pipeline goals
  • Draft RFPs, develop media plans, and execute complex mixed media programs with external media vendors, agencies, and publishers
  • Maintain a data-first approach through continual tracking, reporting, optimization and experimentation (A/B testing, etc) to meet or exceed company goals
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to oversee the timely execution of demand generation marketing plans
  • Develop and execute end-to-end email strategy that spans prospects, leads and customers
  • Define, track, measure and report on campaign metrics and KPI’s
  • Regularly communicate campaign performance to key business partners
What you'll need:
  • 4+ years in B2B campaign design and digital demand generation in the B2B, high-tech product/services or an advertising media agency
  • Bachelor Degree in marketing, communications and/or relevant field of study.
  • A strong understanding of all digital acquisition channels, including lead buys, content syndication, sponsorships, social, display, ecommerce, list buys and ABM tactics
  • Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
