Business Development Operations Manager

San Jose | California | United States

Your Role:

Tenable is looking for a Business Development Operations Manager for the Technology Alliances team. Reporting to the VP of Technology Alliances, this individual contributor will be responsible for managing the overall program, select partners, group operations and reporting on key metrics of the team.

Your Opportunity:

  • Help execute the business development strategy for technology alliances at Tenable, tasked with building out our Cyber Exposure ecosystem
  • Be responsible for the overall Assure, Technology Partner program operations
  • Manage a group of tactical partnerships from inquiry to onboarding and on-going interactions
  • Respond to and triage all inbound partner inquiries
  • Manage the overall Salesforce.com use of the Technology Alliances team
  • Manage the overall NFR process for technology partners
  • Be responsible for Technology Alliance team interactions with Tenable Communities
  • Work with Marketing on partnership components like the Technology Alliances website and solution briefs
  • Manage the tracking and reporting of KPIs for the group

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years in a similar, business development, sales, channel, product or field marketing role
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks in varying stages at the same time
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to explain, understand, manage, and implement partnerships and projects
  • Combination of ownership and support capabilities and a team player
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Proficient with productivity suites from Microsoft and Google, especially presentation apps
  • Knowledge of the cyber security industry preferred
  • BA/BS or other degree preferred
