Due to our continuous growth, we are now looking for a dynamic HR professional to partner closely with the EMEA Senior HR Manager in supporting the people plan in region of 300 people.

 Your Role:

 As the Associate HR Business Partner for EMEA you will: 

  • Be the first point of contact for all employees and first line managers with questions or concerns.
  • Welcome new employees by co-ordinating and providing local orientation across 10 countries.
  • Ensure HR systems are up to date and accurate at all times with employee details.
  • Have the ability to manage low level employee relations, using judgement and thorough decision making in line with legislation.

Benefits:

  • Oversee employee benefits including set up, adjustments and terminations; working in partnership with the Compensation & Benefits team.
  • Support general employee benefit questions; escalate to HR Manager or Brokers as needed.
  • Provide all benefits documentation and clarity on individual plans to employees in the region.

HR Administration:

  • Maintain human resource records; recording new hires, transfers, terminations and reporting of leave.
  • Assist the HR Manager and wider HR team with documentation related to employees as required.
  • Maintain all HR policies and in partnership with the HR Manager, ensure policies are reviewed, approved and communicated to employees in a timely manner.
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback and findings to the Line Manager.

What You’ll Need:

  • A qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Hold a CIPD qualification or working towards.
  • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience preferably in a multinational environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Familiarity or high level understanding of employment law in Ireland and the UK; other EMEA countries an advantage.
  • Must be highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
  • Be able to take initiative within a fast paced, agile environment.
  • Able to adapt to frequent change.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal clients at all levels.
  • Strong interest in developing and progressing within the HR function.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Computer savvy - experience with Microsoft Office and working with HRIS/Workday systems preferable.
