September marks my four year anniversary at Tenable. Over the last four years, I believe my growth as an employee has come from a variety of places. Primarily, I’ve made sure that I am participating in learning and development opportunities while also making my own efforts to gain knowledge from mentors and colleagues. Not only have I been able to gain knowledge, but these opportunities have also allowed me to network, engage in good discussions and then use new knowledge in my day-to-day work.
In addition to learning and development, I took advantage of our tuition reimbursement program. I earned my second master’s in the form of an MBA which supported my goal of gaining a greater understanding of how the various pieces of an organization fit together. Throughout my time at Tenable my manager has been very supportive of learning and growth. Additionally, my colleagues have always been open to discussions on how we can build great teams. I believe being a part of a culture that is always wanting to take things to the next level is what excites me about how much more I can learn and how much more the company can grow.
