Our U.S. Customer Success Annual Turkey Bowl

This fall, I got to experience The CSM Turkey Bowl for the first time, which was a great example of how the CSM team works hard and plays harder. Allow me to elaborate. The morning started off great with bagels, coffee, jokes, and fun smack talk. The day following was full of sweat and tough competition but also plenty of laughs and exemplary teamwork as the CSM teams battled it out over touch football. It was a game where the CSM Reps, Managers, Engineers, VPs, and our CEO alike were out there on the field giving it their all.

Even those who didn’t play stood by the sideline cheering on their teammates.

Our team, The West, had already gone into overtime three times against the Central team. It was 4th down at the 10-yard line. As my manager launched the ball my way towards the end zone I smiled to myself. And despite the fact that I was recovering from being sick and am incredibly out of shape, I already felt like a winner just to be a part of this company and team. And then I missed the catch. Or tipped a catch that was meant for someone else. I’m still not sure. Then an opposing defender, or maybe it was “The Flash,” conveniently caught the tipped ball and ran it in for the winning touchdown. But thankfully it didn't matter because there was a delicious turkey lunch waiting for us afterward to save the day.

Looking back, I think the CSM Turkey Bowl was a great representation of the #OneTenable culture and how the CSM team works hard and plays hard together.
